1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" or "Suga22" refers to the website, mobile app, and all online services operated by suga22.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers, logs in, or uses suga22 services.
• "Account" refers to a user profile officially registered on suga22.
• "Funds" refers to cash or credits stored in a player's suga22 account.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, cashback, or promotional incentives offered by suga22.
• "Wagering Requirements" refers to the number of times a bonus must be wagered before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required before your first withdrawal is processed.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use suga22 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Not listed on the self-exclusion list of any responsible gambling program.
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not acting on behalf of any third party or other organisation.

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Should suga22 detect multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — based on matching IP addresses, device information, phone numbers, or payment methods — all such accounts will be suspended immediately and account balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

3 Deposit & Payment Methods

All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account within seconds of a successful transaction. The minimum deposit limit is RM30 per transaction. No maximum daily deposit limit is set for accounts that have completed full KYC verification.

Suga22 does not charge players any processing fees for deposits. However, third-party payment service providers may impose a small fee that is beyond suga22's control.

4 Fund Withdrawal

Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Account has completed the full KYC verification process.
• No suspicious activity or active investigation in progress.
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• The minimum withdrawal limit is RM50 per application.

Suga22 processes all withdrawals within 5 to 15 minutes for fully verified accounts. Withdrawals will be credited directly to your registered Malaysian bank account or e-wallet.

For your first withdrawal, additional verification may take up to 24 hours to ensure transaction security. Once your first withdrawal is successfully processed, all subsequent withdrawals will be processed within the standard 5–15 minutes.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Suga22 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions set for each promotion. General conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is permitted. The standard wagering requirement ranges from 20x to 35x the value of the bonus received.
• The welcome bonus is eligible to be claimed once only by each new player.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash.

6 Game Rules

Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. Completed game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is solid evidence of a verifiable technical failure.

• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, suga22 will review system logs and restore the game to its last valid state.
• In cases involving a system failure that prevents a game from being completed, Suga22 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the wager to the player.
• Suga22 is not liable for any losses resulting from a poor internet connection or failure of the player's own device.

7 Account & Privacy

Players are solely responsible for the security of their account login information. You are advised to use a strong, unique password for your suga22 account and to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) available in your account settings.

Suga22 will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or phone. If you receive any such request, please disregard it and report it immediately to our support team.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Suga22 platform and may result in immediate account closure without any refund of funds:

• Money laundering or financing illegal activities through the platform.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs in games for unfair advantage.

9 Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by law, suga22 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform, including:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes.

• Losses arising from third-party internet connection failures.
• Any damage to the player's device or software.

Suga22's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by the player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Account Closure

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the suga22 support team via live chat. Prior to closure, players must withdraw all remaining funds in their account.

Suga22 also reserves the right to close or suspend a player's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Recommendation by a relevant regulatory body or authority.
